DONATION GUIDELINES:
The Trail Blazers utilize the ApproveForGood platform to manage all in-kind donation requests (please don't use this form to request financial contributions or sponsorships). We donate to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations and schools across Oregon and SW Washington that support individuals from communities that have been historically underserved or marginalized with a focus on where youth live, learn, and play. We prioritize organizations that best align with our mission.
Although we try our best to accommodate as many in-kind donation requests as possible, due to the high volume of requests we receive and limited inventory, there is no guarantee we will be able to fulfill your desired request. We thank you for your understanding should we need to alter or substitute an item or decline your request. You may submit a request for the following fundraising items:
- Signed Memorabilia
- Tickets for fundraisers

INSTRUCTIONS TO SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST:
- Your event must benefit a charity or non-profit organization. Events supporting individuals or GoFundMes will not be considered.
- Requests for senior class parties, post-prom parties and other similar events are not granted.
- No requests will be accepted via direct phone calls, emails, or mail.
- We require 4 - 6 weeks to allow for donations to be processed. Please consider this when submitting your request.
- Click on "Request a Donation" - you will now be redirected to the registration page.
- The contact information should be filled out by an employee, board member, or volunteer of the organization or school. We are only able to give to registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations and schools.
- We ask that your organization prioritizes one request per fiscal year (July 2025-June 2026).
- We cannot donate to third party organizations or businesses.
- We cannot donate to individuals or GoFundMe campaigns.
- Before hitting submit, please take a moment to review our submission criteria. Only requests meeting these criteria will be reviewed.
- Please note, for donation pick-up: Unless notified otherwise, the applicant is expected to pick up the in-kind donation item at the Rose Quarter campus.

We receive a large number of requests for donations to worthy causes. We review each request and usually reply within 4-6 weeks. Please be patient. We will contact you by email regarding the status of your request and we ask that you do not contact us outside of this system.
